For that price, its a GOOD overall deal. Really loved the fact that the box packaging was NOT soiled and appeared NEW. Speakers are crappy, but we should not expect better for that price. The included mouse is not bad at all, and so is the keyboard. The color scheme is NOT as pictured (red highlights). Only the case had the red highlights. Did not really matter to me. So far customer service is good. Christopher was patient while he waited for me to inspect my order, and communication was pleasant and reassuring from him. This is very important for any company selling anything. Far too often customer services personnel are in a hurry to sell that they forget to be patient with their clients. For that I say GOOD job CSAJ ! |
