Computerized Systems and Accessories (csajamaica.com) provides warranties on products sold and this information is available in the product specification which is available on each product page. All products not covered by a manufacturer warranty will be handled by csajamaica.com.

 

Warranties for HP, Dell and Lexmark products are covered by the product manufacturers.

HEWLETT PACKARD WARRANTY ON PRINTERS, MONITORS, DEVICES AND SUPPLIES.


All HP products purchased with less than two (2) weeks can be replaced or credited except for all Inks, toners and HP computer systems. This is because of the Dead On Arrival (DOA) policy.

  • After two (2) weeks of purchase please call the HP SUPPORT LINE 1-800-711-2884 to report problem and have your products repaired or exchanged by HP Authorized Service Centre. This is when the unit is no longer classified as DOA.
  • Computerized Systems and Accessories (csajamaica.com) will replace, repair or credit ALL HP printers purchased within one (1) year.
  • Computerized Systems and Accessories (csajamaica.com) does not accept defective Ink or toners. Such items are supported through the HP SUPPORT LINE 1-800-711-2884.
